Welcome to DentaLux. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the DentaLux mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”). By accessing or using DentaLux, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

DentaLux is a digital marketplace that connects dental professionals and related users with verified third-party suppliers of dental products and materials. DentaLux does not manufacture, sell, or own the products listed on the Platform. We facilitate transactions between users and independent vendors.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for: (1) Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. (2) All activities conducted through your account. (3) Providing accurate and up-to-date information.

4. Supplier Verification

While we strive to verify all suppliers on our platform, DentaLux is not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of the products advertised or sold by third-party vendors. Any issues related to products, including defects, compliance, or warranties, remain the responsibility of the respective vendor.

5. Limitation of Liability

DentaLux shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the platform.

6. Payments & Transactions

Payments may be completed using supported methods such as cash on delivery, bank transfers, or other electronic payment methods made available from time to time. DentaLux facilitates transactions but is not responsible for payment disputes between users and vendors, except as required by applicable law.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, without regard to conflict of law principles.
